How long until I get my order?

Everything is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, shipping another 2–4 — plan on 5–7 business days door to door in the US. International orders typically take 10–20 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.

Is my order embroidered or printed?

Caps, job shirts and quarter-zips are embroidered in real thread. Tees and graphic pieces are printed. Each product page says which.

Do I see a proof before you stitch?

Yes. Custom work gets a digital proof first. Nothing goes on the machine until you approve it.

What can I personalize?

Department name, station or unit number, apparatus, rank, name, and years of service. Each product page lists exactly which fields that piece can carry.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Sizing exchanges are free. Personalized pieces can not be restocked, so general returns are limited — but if we got your order wrong, we remake it at no cost.

Do you take crew or station orders?

Yes. Tiered pricing above ten pieces, one proof approved for the whole batch, and every piece matched to the same thread. Use the contact form to request crew pricing.
