2. Made-to-order products
Our products are embroidered or printed to order. Product photos and on-screen previews are illustrative — thread and print colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration and the nature of physical materials.

3. Personalization & content you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the text you submit — we make exactly what you submit. By submitting text or artwork for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to decline any order containing trademarked logos, department insignia you are not authorized to use, or content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights.

4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for errors in pricing or product information.

5. Intellectual property
All Site content (logos, text, designs, and images) is owned by On Shift Supply or its licensors and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission. Personalization details you submit remain yours; you grant us a license to use them to produce your order.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Shift Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
