We make embroidered gear for fire and EMS.

That's the whole business. Caps, job shirts, and drinkware, stitched with your department, your station number, your apparatus, your name.

Most gear sold online is a design somebody made up, printed a thousand times. Ours starts from your details — station, apparatus, rank — embroidered or printed depending on the piece, and checked by a person before it ships.

Custom work gets a proof before anything runs. You see exactly what will be made, and nothing goes ahead until you say yes. It slows us down by a day. It also means we don't ship the wrong number.

We're a small operation. No warehouse full of guesses, no minimums, no marketplace between you and us. You order, we make it, it ships in 5–7 business days.

If something's wrong, one crew reads the inbox and answers it.
